In 2011, Japan Airlines introduced new corporate branding and a new color scheme, bringing back the long-serving crane logo. Titling received an updated font as well. The aircraft color scheme itself is rather bland, being yet another in a far too long list of white whale schemes that are en vogue in the airline industry these days.
