In the mid 1970s, freight specialist Cargolux leased DC-8-63CF N797FT from Flying Tiger Line. The DC-8 wore the Tigers arrow cheatline with cargolux titles and the Cargolux logo on the tail. While certainly nothing of beauty, it was uniquely distinctive. This particular aircraft eventually ended up its carrier flying freight for UPS as N840UP.
