Anchorage, Alaska based Mark Air operated a fleet of eleven 737-200s, some of which were equipped with gravel runway kits and/or main deck cargo doors. After abandoning most services in Alaska, Mark Air ventured into operations in the lower 48 states of the USA. This operation was short lived, and ultimately Mark Air ceased all operations in 1996.
